Senior Estimator

We are growing and looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our preconstruction group, we rely on this role to lead the estimating process, drive project strategy, and help us win high profile work across a diverse portfolio.

We are a nationally recognized general contractor with decades of experience delivering complex commercial and multi family projects. With a strong pipeline in the Southwest, we're continuing to grow our Vegas presence and building a high performing team.

What You'll Do

• We lead the full estimating process from concept through GMP
• We analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates
• We collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and leadership to build winning strategies
• We manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope alignment
• We prepare detailed takeoffs, budgets, and value engineering recommendations
• We present estimates to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence
• We mentor junior estimators and help elevate team performance

What You Bring

• We're looking for 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial or multi-family construction
• We value strong knowledge of Las Vegas / Southwest subcontractor market pricing
• We need someone who can lead pursuits and manage multiple estimates at once
• We appreciate expertise in conceptual estimating and cost modeling
• We prefer experience with estimating software (e.g., Sage, Bluebeam, OST, etc.)
• We expect strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
