We have been recognized in construction for 30 years now and have had a major presence in Southern California. We are continuously looking to grow our brand and we are constantly bidding on some of the top projects in the multi-family sector. We are looking to bring on a Project Director to join our team in San Luis Obispo! If you are a Project Director, Director of Construction or Senior Project Manager ready to take the leap in leading a division with Multi-family experience, please read on!

What you will do:

• Multi-Family New Construction Projects
• First Project: 300+ unit garden-style complex
• Lead division to complete projects from start to finish
• Direct Project Management and site teams
• Work with ownership and upper leadership to ensure project success
• Work with clients so projects meet their needs

What you need:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of Multi-family Experience
• BS in Construction Management or related field
