We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and support Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) integration with other systems for a global Life Sciences organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical project management background, experience managing data-driven programs specifically integrations, and a solid understanding of Life Sciences processes, Regulatory requirements, and GxP compliance . Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, engineering teams, and leadership to drive planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of the data strategy roadmap

Skills / Experience
- 8+ years of Project Management experience, including 3+ years leading Data Integration programs and 2+ years of experience in managing Data Lake Sprints
- 4+ years of experience in building & maintaining project plans, maintaining RAID (Risks, Action Items, Issues and Dependencies) logs
- Providing Weekly Status Reporting to Leadership teams; Experience in coordinating project execution across different teams involved
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience working within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Clinica/Healthcare organizations
- Experience, Knowledge of GxP regulations, validation processes, and regulated environments
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar
- Strong risk management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with Data Governance frameworks and tools; Familiarity with Cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure , or Google Cloud
- Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Master Data Management (MDM), and Analytics platforms
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards relevant to Life Sciences
