Professional**Position Details:****The Opportunity:**As the **On-Site Operations Manager**, you will serve as the primary on-site representative for Washington State University’s Seattle location and operate with a high degree of independence, judgment, and decision-making authority. You will manage the administrative and operational functions of the Seattle office, coordinate executive-level activities, and lead university-wide project planning across multiple campuses.You will act as a key operational advisor to leadership on matters related to space management, event coordination, and program execution. In this role, you will be responsible for program outcomes, operational effectiveness, and resource coordination, requiring advanced administrative expertise and strong independent decision-making.**Additional Information:**This is a **full time** (100% FTE), **permanent** position. Overtime eligibility will be determined based on final salary placement. **Monthly Salary:** $5,925 - $9,074 | *Commensurate with experience and qualifications* In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
