Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Minimum 01 year of customer service call center experience in healthcare/medical or pharmacy. Demonstrated keyboarding skills of at least 45 WPM with 95% accuracy High-speed broadband or fiber internet with minimum speeds of 100/25 MBPS Wired Ethernet connection required Wireless internet connections are not permitted, including Starlink and 5G networks Private, dedicated at-home workspace that is quiet and free from distractions during scheduled work hours Ability to meet scheduling requirements and maintain strong attendance Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
