Be an Expert : Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future production, adapt to seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, and operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment. Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receive club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality. Be an Owner : Drive the performance of the area, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, handle payment types, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Advocate the brand, influence and inspire teammates, maintain a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style, and assist with training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans and use the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt and learn from change and feedback. Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
