Key Responsibilities:

Manage restaurant operations during scheduled shifts to ensure quality service and atmosphere.
Assist in training staff on food safety practices and PRIDE systems.
Support the General Manager in executing business plans and optimizing profit & loss.
Ensure customer service exceeds company standards and resolve any customer concerns.
Foster a cooperative and positive working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.
Must be ServSafe® certifiable.
Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
