Job Description Full‑time position in the Production Department. Job Duties Follow FIFO guidelines when proceeding to the next order. Read and understand the order correctly to start the assembly process (top to bottom). Start with the external assembly process. Place knob/lever on worktable. Attach plastic washers and add grease. Place shims, plates, and springs (depending on requested item). Test the handle to ensure proper mechanism function (verify that installation is not too tight nor loose). Team lead can assist trainee with the correct tightness. Add springs/spindles to the handle and make adjustments as needed. Proceed with assembling the inside component (repeat steps 1‑10). Trainees must complete the Hour‑by‑Hour sheet with dates, times, and discrepancies throughout the process. Work in various departments/jobs/roles as required by the business model. Department Cleanliness Maintain a clean workstation throughout the entire shift, keeping only the product needed and refilling individual or shared bins. Training Stages Day0‑27: Complete 10 pairs per hour. Day27‑55: Complete 15 pairs per hour. Day55‑85: Complete 22 pairs per hour. Expectations Meet productivity goals of 22 pairs per hour. Meet quality goals. Be willing to work in a fast‑paced, intense environment. Work independently. Work varied hours as required. Demonstrate a good work ethic. Physical Demands and Work Environment Walk or stand for long periods of time. Lift and/or move up to 50lbs. occasionally. Salary and Benefits Base salary range: approximately 19 USD per hour. Participation in an annual bonus plan or role‑based sales incentive plan is possible.
