Plant Operations | Maintenance Assistant We are looking for a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to support the Plant Supervisor in day‑to‑day plant operations. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar position, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and is HVAC certified if possible. Experience working with seniors and state/local agencies for inspections is preferred. Responsibilities Provide interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards. Provide exterior maintenance of the community including grounds keeping. Assist in coordination of community events. Assist in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community. Qualifications Experience in a similar maintenance role. Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize. HVAC certification is a plus. Experience with seniors and state/local agency inspections is preferred.
