Position Requirements

Required

• Active Utah Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential

Preferred Experience (Not all required)

• Sports massage or orthopedic massage
• Clinical or therapeutic bodywork
• Myofascial release
• Trigger point or neuromuscular techniques
• Assisted stretching or movement‑based work

Bonus Skills (Helpful, not mandatory)

• Cupping therapy
• Gua Sha / scraping
• Comfort with digital charting and scheduling systems

Compensation

• Base Pay: $25–$30 per massage hour (experience‑based)
• Tips: Average $15–$25 per massage hour
• Typical Total Compensation: $40–$55 per hour
