Elk Grove, California, United States; Folsom, California, United States; Roseville, California, United States; Sacramento, California, United States Objective The Marketing Coordinator supports the practice marketing team by assisting with creating and executing marketing strategies for Specialty1 Partners’ practices. This role focuses on driving growth in practice volumes and revenue by assisting with or conducting face-to-face outreach, managing referral relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to each assigned practice and its locations. Your Responsibilities Assist with the face-to-face referral marketing on behalf of the practice. Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, social media content, signage, etc.) Coordinate and help manage social media accounts, posting schedules, and engagement activities Support local practice marketing efforts, such as events, sponsorships, and community outreach Help maintain and update website content, online profiles, and directory listings Track marketing campaign performance metrics and assist with basic reporting Coordinate with vendors and external partners for printing, promotional items, and advertising needs Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and asset libraries Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the marketing team As one of the essential members of the team, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other responsibilities as assigned .
