Hotel Front Desk Agent Full-time Year-round

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team on a full-time, year-round basis. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience from check-in to check-out. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and provide a warm farewell upon their departure. Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and cancellations, both in person and over the phone. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that guests' needs are met promptly. Maintain accurate records of room availability, guest accounts, and hotel payments. Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well‑stocked with necessary supplies. Follow all hotel security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
