Email Marketing Specialist

Dunham's Sports - a Midwest specialty sporting goods retailer has an immediate opening for a full-time E-Mail Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Advertising team at our corporate headquarters in Troy, MI. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate must be able to execute on all things e-mail, campaign setup to creative design, from coupon creation to coding and setting up each E-mail campaign with the ability to track performance and recommend next steps/learnings. Requirements Experience with E-mail campaigns, including: One-time campaigns Recurring campaigns Transactional campaigns Dynamic elements A/B testing Previous experience with a large e-mail marketing platform (Ex. Listrak, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Exact Target, etc.) Knowledge with the operating system: Mac OSX Ability to multitask Strong Analytical skills Strong communicator (with Buyers, Store Operations, Vendors) Reporting (on specific e-mails, open rates, delivery rates) Experience with HTML coding Strong graphic design skills Not afraid to challenge the status quo and ask questions Proficiency with the following Adobe Suite software: Adobe Illustrator Quark Additional Skills Knowledge of AS400 Other design software experience Benefits Include: Health, dental and prescription coverage Life, STD, LTD Insurance Vacation and PTO days 401 (K) savings plan Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr Dunham's Sports
