Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the digital marketing needs of the department managers and franchisees. The digital marketing specialist will work across all Best Life Brands companies. Accountabilities of the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist position Digital marketing partner to franchisees and an expert resource for their digital marketing needs Onboarding new franchisees and ongoing training Assist with Franchise Development digital marketing strategies and reporting Special Projects as needed Primary Responsibilities of the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist Create new websites with territory, address, lat/long, contact info Assist with new owner marketing calls Update images and content on website Add or update social links on websites Participate in new owner training (pre and/or post opening) Create new Facebook Stores and Google Business listings Social media guidance and troubleshooting Answer questions about SEO and vendors services Coordinate vendor and franchisee relations Pull Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio reports, update KPI reports Secondary Responsibilities of the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist Participate in and develop ongoing owner training via webinars and calls Data analysis; implement and analyze performance metrics for continuous optimization of digital marketing tactics Provide internal reports on a regular basis Program implementation Assist with Franchise Development marketing strategies and reporting Conduct market research to identify trends and insights and inform campaigns Implement email marketing and social media campaigns Stay abreast of digital marketing landscape for brainstorming optimization opportunities Knowledge and Skill Requirements The ideal Senior Digital Marketing Specialist candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications, which include, but are not limited to: At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Both creative and analytical skills Experience using various social media and web platforms Some proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or SalesForce and CMS platforms such as WordPress a plus Efficient, excellent attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously Ability to anticipate, plan and meet deadlines Strong ability to refine and translate the brand’s tone of voice across various digital channels Experience using GA4 and Looker Studio Dashboards to interpret data Intermediate technical Skills: Canva, Google and Social Media Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite $55,000- $65,000 per year This annual salary reflects compensation across the U.S. and may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
