Report any changes in wound condition to RNs or physicians for further evaluation and treatment. Patient Assessment and Documentation: Conduct routine patient assessments, documenting findings accurately in medical records. Report changes in patients' conditions to RNs or physicians promptly and participate in care planning discussions. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures. Provide instructions on medication administration, home care procedures, and lifestyle modifications as directed. Assistance in Medical Procedures: Assist healthcare providers in medical procedures such as examinations, diagnostic tests, and minor surgeries. Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedural care as needed. Infection Control and Safety Practices: Follow established infection control protocols and safety practices to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
