Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Piketon Nursing Center, where we treat our residents like family. As a Registered Nurse at our nursing center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify potential health issues and develop interventions to address them

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care and facility operations

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio

• 0 years of experience or recent graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Ability to work part time or full time schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
