Compensation and Benefits $55,000 - $58,000 per year, with bonus program and medical/dental benefits. Responsibilities Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in front and back of house. Create a memorable dining experience by exceeding guest expectations. Drive continuous improvement. Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise. Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment. Resolve complaints from customers in a polite, effective, and friendly manner. Manage shifts, including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning. Ensure each shift is staffed with A-players who know their role. Deliver an outstanding experience that guests will remember as unique and fulfilling. Conduct inventory bi-weekly in a team effort. Monitor quality of products and services produced. Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale comfort food, sports bar setting. General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. An infectious, positive attitude that inspires team, is hands‑on, and leads by example. Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict.
