Office Manager - Dental Office

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a busy and professional dental office. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with strong administrative and leadership skills to help ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Process, file, and follow up on insurance claims
Oversee daily office operations and staff
Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
Maintain accurate records and organized office procedures

Qualifications:

Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processing
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
