Job Purpose

The Project Engineering Coordinator role manages engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Stretegic Focus:

• Capacity Expansion and Debottlenecking: Increase plant throughput to support business growth while maximizing utilization of existing assets.
• Product Portfolio Growth: Enable the introduction of new products and manufacturing capabilities that support business diversification and growth.
• Build a disciplined project execution model that consistently delivers projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes and/or leads work in the area of expertise Project Engineering.
• Manages engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Engineering & Technical Leadership

• Develop equipment specifications, process designs, and technical scopes of work.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, vendor documentation, and technical deliverables.
• Ensure all engineering designs comply with applicable company standards, industry codes, regulatory requirements, and good engineering practices.

Qualifications & Education

• BS Engineering; Preferred Mechanical
• 3-4 Years Experience in manufacturing environment
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD, Autodesk Inventor)
• Familiarity with Project Management principals
• Must be able to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to analyze/interpret data and compile reports
