HR Generalist (Temporary - Through November) (ONSITE)

Location: Van Nuys, CA
Pay: $34+/hour (DOE)
Assignme nt Length: Temporary through November 2026

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis through November. This role will support day-to-day HR operations and requires strong hands-on experience with Workday . The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within Workday
• Partner with managers on employee issues, performance management, and HR best practices
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support HR projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
• Required: Hands-on experience with Workday
• 3+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
