HR Benefits Administrator

Job Description
- Administer employee benefits programs, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) and retirement plans
- Life and disability insurance
- HSA/FSA programs
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries
- Support and coordinate open enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate benefits records within HRIS systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA)
- Liaise with benefits providers, brokers, and vendors to resolve issues
- Assist with leave of absence administration (FMLA, disability, etc.)
- Process and reconcile benefits billing and invoices
- Generate reports and analyze benefits data
- Support employee communication and education on available benefits
