Team Leader

Responsibilities Lead and manage part‑time shifts, acting as a role model for other team members. Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare waffle products, and operate the register with cash‑handling responsibilities. Maintain shop cleanliness, change out ice‑cream buckets, and perform other related tasks. Provide consistent, world‑class service to every customer. Compensation Average earnings of $28.02 per hour (estimate based on 2026 base pay and 2025 hourly tip average). If average hourly earnings fall below $17 in a two‑week pay period, the difference is added to the paycheck to reach $17 per hour. Competitive overall compensation package.
