Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (No Overtime)
Reports to: Compliance Manager
Work Environment: On-site only (no remote or hybrid options)

About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to support our compliance and provider engagement efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, has exceptional written communication skills, and can quickly learn new systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate visit records and regulatory compliance within our care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile data submitted by providers via email.
- Investigate and resolve missed or incorrect time punches.
- Communicate directly with providers to clarify and validate service times and visit details.
- Document corrections and resolutions according to internal policies and compliance requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including use of Pivot Tables, filtering, and basic conditional formatting.
- Maintain organized records in Outlook, OneDrive, and other internal platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Perform accurate data entry with consistent typing speeds of 45+ words per minute (WPM).
- Sit for extended periods while managing documentation and digital correspondence.
- Call providers to discuss tips to manage their own compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administration experience.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, filter functions, conditional formatting).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong verbal skills.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving ability.
- Seeking ongoing opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrated patience and professionalism when managing complex or confusing provider communications.
- Accuracy, proficiency, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
