Why This Opportunity Stands Out Work on nationally recognized, high-profile mass tort litigation Collaborate with experienced attorneys who are leaders in the plaintiff's bar Gain substantial responsibility and hands-on litigation experience Join a firm that values mentorship, teamwork, and professional growth Competitive compensation with bonus potential that can significantly increase earnings Be part of a mission-driven practice helping clients through life-changing legal matters What You'll Do Manage complex plaintiff-side litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Review and analyze medical records, damages, and liability issues Participate in depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives Work closely with partners and litigation teams on high-stakes cases Mentor support staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership in good standing 5+ years of litigation experience Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred Mass tort experience highly preferred Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload Strong writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities Comfort handling sensitive and emotionally complex matters involving sexual abuse claims Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $155,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience Significant bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Long-term growth potential within a highly successful plaintiff-side practice This position is based in Newport Beach, California.
