Job Description $35/Hour Brand Ambassadors for NASCAR Kids Zone Event Bring your energy to Kansas Speedway and help make race weekend memorable for its youngest fans. A family-focused NASCAR activation in Kansas City, Kansas is building a team of enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to help create an exciting and welcoming Kids Zone experience. This role is less about simply staffing an event space and more about becoming part of the fun. Selected ambassadors will interact directly with children and their families, encourage participation in activities, and help keep the activation upbeat and organized throughout the event. Production is looking for people who can match the excitement of race day while remaining patient, approachable, and attentive when working with kids. Job Responsibilities Become a friendly, energetic face of the Kids Zone throughout the NASCAR event. Welcome families into the activation and help children feel excited and comfortable participating. Introduce guests to available games, activities, and interactive experiences. Encourage participation and create positive moments with young race fans. Assist children and parents as they move through different areas of the activation. Keep activity spaces organized, inviting, and ready for incoming guests. Help manage guest flow during busy periods while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Answer basic attendee questions and direct families to the appropriate event resources when needed. Work alongside fellow ambassadors and event leadership to keep the Kids Zone running smoothly. Maintain enthusiasm and professionalism throughout every scheduled event day. Requirements Casting is looking for high-energy, dependable people who genuinely enjoy interacting with children and families. Applicants should be confident approaching guests, starting conversations, explaining activities, and maintaining a positive attitude even during busy periods. Previous experience with brand activations, festivals, sporting events, children's activities, promotions, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required. Talent must be available for all required event days and able to work on location at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas. Compensation $35 per hour Paid weekly #J-18808-Ljbffr
