Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with a specialty in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Peoria, IL. This role involves working in an acute care setting, focusing on the cardio thoracic department. This environment will require you to utilize your skills in EKG interpretation and medication titration.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Provide care for patients with MI, CHF, A fib, COPD, and post-surgical patients
• Interpret EKGs and titrate medications, especially Cardizem and heparin drips
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and follow unit protocols
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation of patient care
• Adapt to floating requirements across general medical units

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Active IL RN license or confirmation of application process initiation
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Proven experience in EKG interpretation and medication titration
• Understanding of working in a drug-free environment
