Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Surgical Acute department within the medical-surgical specialty in Peoria, IL. This is a travel assignment, offering a challenging yet rewarding work environment where patient care is of utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide post-op care of surgical and trauma patients
• Perform dressing changes and wound care
• Administer IV therapy, including TPN and pain management
• Manage drains, NGs, and central lines
• Assist with CPAP setups and manage inhalers
• Collaborate effectively with charge nurses and other healthcare professionals

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active IL license or confirmation of application
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Experience in post-op patient care
• Proven critical thinking skills and ability to work as a team player
• Good bedside manner
