SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Role Overview: Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller , the Senior Accounting Manager will lead a team of Accounting Managers and staff, overseeing critical accounting functions, including:

• Month-end close processes
• GAAP compliance and internal controls
• SOX compliance and financial reporting accuracy
• Fixed asset and depreciation accounting
• Software accounting and reconciliations
• System upgrades and process improvements

This role requires a strategic, results-oriented leader capable of driving operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
• CPA designation (required)
• 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong preference for public accounting experience
• Experience in large corporations or working with enterprise-level clients
• Prior experience managing accounting staff and fostering team development
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong acumen in financial systems
• A demonstrated history of career stability and progression
