Position Summary The Business Development Senior Manager will be responsible for generating revenue within our business advisory pillar and cross‑selling within the other applicable pillars. The role promotes all our service lines and works closely with practice leaders to strategically identify new business opportunities for the company within the defined territory. Responsibilities Source, identify, and qualify new professional service opportunities within the territory. Generate revenue growth from new and existing clientele. Lead generation from both prospective and established clients. Coordinate marketing activities with the marketing department. Manage and network with company alliances and partnerships. Establish and execute the company’s sales plan and process, coordinating internal and external resources to secure business. Support practice, service line, and growth leadership in cross‑selling additional service lines to existing clients when appropriate. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities BA/BS in Marketing, Sales, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MDA or CPA preferred. Ten (10) plus years of solution‑based selling experience in a business‑to‑business environment; professional services experience preferred. History of high performance using consultative sales methodologies. Entrepreneurial attitude and excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills. Strong client rapport and project management skills. Demonstrated success selling solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses. In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $150,000 . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
