We’re hiring a Therapist or Psychologist for our Nashville West team, and we’re especially interested in clinicians with experience in EMDR or Brainspotting and a passion for trauma-informed care.

Who Are You?

You’ll fit right in if you are:

• Licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
• Experienced with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
• Interested in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy
• Comfortable with clinical documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
• Credentialed or able to become credentialed with insurance panels
• Authentic, compassionate, collaborative, and maybe just a little unconventional ????

Your Day-to-Day

You’ll spend your time doing the work that matters:

• Conduct mental health assessments and diagnoses
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality therapy
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
• Collaborate with the clinical team
• Participate in consultation, meetings, and ongoing training
• Maintain a minimum of 27 to 32 clients per week for full-time positions
