Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Training & development Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible scheduling & hybrid work options Generous compensation & benefits Paid CEU time + access to Ellie CEU learning system Paid administrative time Clinical support & supervision Consultation, training, and licensure supervision (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT) * Creative freedom to develop clinical interests and specialty programs Fun team culture with swag, team building, and genuine support Responsibilities Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 clients/week (for full‑time) Part‑time options available Qualifications Fully licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school‑based therapy preferred Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels Experience with EMDR or Brainspotting (preferred) Location and Compensation Nashville West, TN. Compensation: $76,000.00 – $89,000.00 per year. Flexible work‑from‑home options available. Important To Know Ellie clinics are independently owned franchises.
