Job Opportunity: Primary Care Physician
We are seeking dedicated primary care physicians to become part of our well-established and flourishing practice located in the stunning coastal region of California. Due to ongoing growth, we have multiple openings for additional primary care physicians.
Position Details- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a stable routine and excellent work-life balance.
- Employment Type: This is an employed position with a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed salary for the initial year.

Our practice is situated in Watsonville, nestled in the picturesque Monterey Bay area, bordered by the Pacific Ocean and the majestic coastal redwood forests of Central California. The region boasts a desirable climate year-round, with mild temperatures typically ranging from the 60s to 70s.
Watsonville is primarily an agricultural community with a rich history in farming, home to around 50,000 residents. The broader Santa Cruz County area increases the local population to approximately 100,000. The community is culturally vibrant, featuring a significant Hispanic population alongside diverse backgrounds and cultures.

CompensationThe annual salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $300,000 . Please note that these figures are estimates and can be influenced by various factors, including the critical need for the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. The rates provided are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday pay.
