Opportunity Overview

Our organization is currently in search of a full-time or part-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team.

Watsonville, California*

• Comprehensive Practice: Engage with patients of all ages, focusing on continuity of care and developing your own patient panel.
• Procedural Flexibility: Opportunities to perform various procedures, including prenatal care at select locations.
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) to address the needs of your patients.

• Flexible Scheduling: Options for a 4-day work week for full-time positions, with part-time roles also available.
• Patient Visits: Conduct 20 to 40-minute appointments.
• Remote Consultations: Conduct video visits from the comfort of your home.
• Minimal On-Call Duties: Light physician call, managed virtually, with initial screening by an RN and APC.
