Job Details Position Overview Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager will own core accounting operations and financial reporting integrity across the North American business. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct reports and close collaboration with a global finance team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small accounting team including AP and AR functions Oversee general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close Prepare monthly balance sheet and P&L statements Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual performance tracking Manage cash flow projections and day-to-day cash position Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate reporting standards Maintain local and state sales tax documentation and filings Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and IT teams Assist with audits and respond to internal and external reporting requests Resolve escalated vendor, invoicing, and operational accounting issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of progressive accounting experience 5+ years supervising AP/AR or accounting teams Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting fundamentals Advanced Excel and analytical skills CPA license strongly preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
