About the Role:
AMERIBOX PACKAGING LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Calhoun, GA! In this critical role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate tracking and management of our packaging inventory. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all product lines and storage locations
• Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure proper stock rotation and fulfillment
• Utilize inventory management software to update records and generate reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams to align inventory needs
• Identify and investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions
• Maintain organized and efficient storage systems to support daily operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/ English Preferred.
