City/State: Bronx, New York Grant Funded: No Department: PMREHAB - Administration Bargaining Unit: Weiler Physical Therapy Association Work Shift: Day Work Days: MON-FRI Scheduled Hours: Hours Vary Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Hourly Rate: $53.86 plus experience differential The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of NYS Physical Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy. Provides daily clinical supervision to P.T.A.’s, Rehabilitation Aides and students. Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care. Qualifications: B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy (Required) Masters Degree (Preferred) New York State license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate Knowledge of General Therapeutic Equipment General computer literacy BLS Required Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
