Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression. Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Process guest payments and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Assist in administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling reservations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior cash handling experience necessary Exceptional communication skills Very good computer skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in customer service is preferred Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
