Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client on Oracle cloud Hcm Payroll requirements
• Provide weekly status updates
• Present weekly status report to the client
• Set up Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional configurations Coordinate and work with team
• Training - Develop Oracle Training material and conduct Oracle cloud Payroll Training sessions for client resources as required
• Dev - Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll environments and perform unit testing
• Sit - Coordinate and conduct sit
• Uat - Help conduct Uat and Coordinate issue resolution
• 10 + years of consulting or industry experience
• Experience implementing and configuring Oracle cloud Payroll module
• Experience in supporting Oracle cloud Payroll module
• Knowledge of other Oracle Benefits Compensation modules will be considered a plus
• Ability to develop new interfaces and maintain existing interfaces
• Ability to interact with business and drive new requirements
• Excellent client interaction and communication skills are needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients
• Should be able to communicate to the end users effectively providing expert consulting of the application where needed
• Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration experience
