Instead, you'll be the human brain guiding an advanced AI platform - executing workflows, conducting real-world research, and training algorithms to perform complex daily operations with human-level accuracy. About the Role In this role, you will act as the human intelligence behind an advanced AI platform, executing workflows, conducting online research, performing outbound inquiry calls, and maintaining high data quality to train algorithms for complex daily operations with human-level accuracy. Responsibilities Train AI Models: Step through assigned operational workflows, recording every action in real time to build accurate training data patterns for AI learning. Conduct Online Research: Perform targeted web searches across various industries to verify process steps, gather critical data, and ensure operational accuracy. Perform Outbound Inquiry Calls: Place mystery-shopper-style phone calls to businesses as a prospective consumer to evaluate booking procedures, scheduling, and service workflows. Maintain High Data Quality: Log detailed, structured notes for every task to support evaluation and quality assurance. Identify Workflow Gaps: Use critical thinking to spot process friction, edge cases, or gaps, providing actionable insights to internal project teams. Adapt Across Domains: Seamlessly shift between diverse industry tasks, following strict project guidelines and operational standards. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Required Skills Experience: 1-2+ years in interactive customer service, administrative operations, quality assurance, data/content review, or process mapping. Research & Phone Skills: Demonstrated experience performing structured online research and phone communication in professional environments. Availability: Flexible to work across any shift within a 24/7 program schedule, including weekends.
