About Modena Located in West Marietta, Modena Ristorante Vinoteca is an upscale Italian restaurant known for handcrafted cuisine, an award-worthy wine program, wood-fired pizza, and genuine hospitality. Our team is passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences, and every position plays an important role in that mission. What You'll Do As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the front of the restaurant operates smoothly while creating an exceptional arrival experience. Responsibilities include: Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. Manage reservations using Resy while maximizing seating efficiency. Coordinate seating to support a smooth dining room flow. Lead and mentor the host team during service. Communicate continuously with managers, servers, and kitchen staff. Monitor wait times and keep guests informed. Handle special requests and guest concerns with professionalism. Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting entrance. Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return. We're Looking For Someone Who Experience in upscale hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer-facing service is preferred Enjoys interacting with guests and making people feel welcome. Is calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure. Has excellent communication skills. Pays attention to details and presentation. Is dependable, punctual, and professional.
