Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Escrow Assistant to join a the National Commercial Services Operation for an industry leading Land Title Insurance company in Waukesha. This role plays a critical part in supporting commercial escrow operations by coordinating transactions, maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and possesses strong administrative, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Experience in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or related industries is preferred.

Skills and Requirements

Record documents with county recorder offices and ensure timely and accurate filing of transaction-related documents.

Enter and maintain new orders in SoftPro, ensuring complete and accurate data entry.

Create, assign, and track production tasks based on customer requests and transaction requirements.

Respond promptly and professionally to requests from internal staff and cross-functional teams.

Monitor and manage multiple shared email inboxes, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely follow-up.

Process payments related to escrow transactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Coordinate national commercial orders by working with local title operations and partners in applicable states.

Prepare, process, and administer Earnest Money Escrow Agreements.

Support sales team members by providing transaction updates, documentation, and administrative assistance as needed.

Assist with commercial escrow closings and a variety of other escrow-related functions throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure all documentation is properly organized and filed.

Work collaboratively with escrow officers, title personnel, sales representatives, and other internal departments to facilitate successful transactions.

Deliver a high level of customer service to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in commercial escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, financial services, in an administrative support role

Experience with SoftPro or similar title/escrow software is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
