Project Manager Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress. Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates to project timelines and budgets. Support resource allocation and manage project schedules. Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Assist in the submittal process. Order job‑specific products (i.e. glass, metal, caulk, etc.) Assist in field measuring. Lien Waivers, Closeout and Warranty documentation. Run small projects with the opportunity to grow into larger projects. Required Skills and Qualifications: Valid driver's license. Experience in the commercial construction industry and/or the glass and glazing industry preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in project management software. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Proficient in MS Office, Word Excel, and Outlook. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Familiarity with ComputerEase would be helpful but not necessary. The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 Annually. Pay is dependent on several factors, including relevant work experience.
