Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble electro-mechanical products used in a variety of customer applications by following manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, bills of materials, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble electro-mechanical products used in a variety of customer applications by following manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, bills of materials, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and final products according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, process sheets, and written or verbal instructions.
- Perform manual assembly operations, including alignment and adjustment of components using specialized hand tools.
- Execute material handling procedures and maintain inventory floor stock as required.
- Obtain and organize parts and materials needed for production.
- Prepare completed products for shipment or storage.
- Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after assembly to ensure products meet specifications.
- Report defects, scrap, or production issues promptly to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Cross-train in other assembly functions and perform related duties as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One to three years of manufacturing or assembly experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Strong manual dexterity with the ability to assemble small and detailed components.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds occasionally , 10-25 pounds frequently , and up to 10 pounds continuously .
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
- Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments, including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Specialized manufacturing measuring equipment
- Ability to work around industrial cleaning chemicals and manufacturing oils while following established safety protocols.
