Responsibilities include: Welcome and onboard new agency clients. Prepare insurance quotes and present personalized recommendations. Build strong client relationships through meaningful conversations. Follow up with clients and guide them through the insurance process. Identify opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverages and products. Work closely with teammates to deliver a consistent client experience. Requirements We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys building relationships and connecting with people. Communicates confidently and professionally. Takes initiative and follows through. Is organized and pays attention to detail. Is coachable and eager to learn. Enjoys working toward goals and celebrating success as a team. Wants to build a long-term career with opportunities to grow. Previous sales, customer service, banking, hospitality, retail, or other client-facing experience is preferred, but not required. No. You'll primarily work with agency-generated opportunities and existing client relationships.
