Project Management Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION


Flexible schedule to align with different time zones. Fully Remote.


Local to Thousand Oaks, CA would be a plus.


Ideal candidate:

• Someone who can handle short term projects.
• Experience with scheduling, and backend logistics, setting up WebEx, post processing recordings, and someone who can report to internal stakeholders.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Tech savvy in advanced MS suites.
• Looking for someone who is a self-starter with a minimum of 2-3+ in a coordination style role.
• Content creation (learning resources) experience would be a plus.

Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts. This is an individual contributor role without human resource management responsibilities (e.g., hiring, performance management). Manages one or more projects of medium to high complexity.

Basic Qualifications


Associate degree and 2 years of experience


OR


2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience


OR


High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience

Day to Day Responsibilities:


Our team of trainers holds multiple live/virtual training sessions on a weekly basis that requires complex scheduling, post-meeting recording editing and posting to Sharepoint. Primary interface is with our internal team to support the execution of training for a global internal audience.

Red Flags:

• Not advanced in MS tools.
