Job Description As a MEP Project Manager in Buffalo, NY, you will: Manage MEP construction projects from award through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Track project financial performance and profitability Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities Lead project meetings and maintain stakeholder communication Review contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field personnel Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Support project closeout, turnover, and warranty processes Provide regular reporting to senior project leadership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The successful MEP Project Manager will have: 5+ years of Project Management experience Strong MEP construction background Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and budgeting Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of contracts, change management, and project controls Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or design-build projects Background managing commercial, healthcare, industrial, or institutional projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Experience working within large-scale MEP contracting organizations Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executive and senior project leadership What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000 USD.
