Customer Service Representative

*Location*: Central Phoenix - Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
*Training:* 4 week paid training
*Hours of Operation:* Monday through Friday, 5am to 6:30pm (will be assigned an 8 hour set shift based on your preference)
*Description*
In this role, you will respond to inbound client class in a call center environment, regarding banking inquiries-primarily deposit-related calls-while building strong client service skills in a supportive, structured environment. You will be guided through hands-on training, coaching, and development opportunities aligned with our clients service standards and culture.

* Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or banking.
* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
* Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
