Registered Nurse (RN) - Observation

Job Summary RN Clinical Decision Unit Full Time Nights Position: Provides direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned patients. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Nursing required. Preferred: RN‑C or CCRN certification. Valid Permanent Multi‑State RN License required; if holding a RN license from another Compact state, must apply for and obtain a Multi‑State RN License within 30 days of hire. American Heart Association BLS required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire. ACLS and NIHSS required within orientation period.
