Community Health Navigator

Spindletop Center

Spindletop Center seeks a Community Health Worker to bridge healthcare, social services, and the community. You will support outreach, client navigation, health education, and advocacy to increase access to services for individuals, families, and groups. The role requires at least two years of related experience, strong writing and computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours across different settings, including home visits and community events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
