Responsibilities Current knowledge of trends and techniques in patient care. Familiarity with all state and regulatory requirements related to case management and social work. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years' related experience in a healthcare setting, with at least five (5) years in a management or leadership capacity. Current NYS Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse or Social Worker required. Certification in Case Management, PRI Certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
